Admitted to the Bar in December 1996, Nicolas St-Vincent was then the youngest lawyer in Quebec. From the outset, he practiced commercial law and quickly realized that taxation dictates the structure and future of businesses. He returned to his studies and obtained a master's degree in taxation. In 2001, he co-founded the tax law department of one of Laval's largest law firms, where he worked in tax litigation and planning.
A trainer for the Chambre de la sécurité financière, Nicolas was recruited by Power Financial Corporation. For eight years, he held the position of senior advisor for Quebec within the tax and estate planning group of insurers Great West Life and London Life.
In 2013, he left his position to acquire shares in the firm Trek Financial Coaching, which experienced explosive growth: in 2016 and 2017, the firm was among the 500 Canadian companies enjoying the strongest revenue growth.
Aware of the profound changes shaking the financial services industry, Nicolas decided to found his own firm, Fiscalité Financière Ltée, which is dedicated to high-net-worth families, concerned with meeting their needs for independent and objective advice.
