After practicing tax litigation and corporate reorganization for 10 years, he served as Senior Advisor for Quebec for 8 years in the tax and estate planning group of insurers Great-West Life and London Life (now merged with Canada Life). Aware of the profound generational transfer of business and capital that will shape the next decade, Nicolas established a firm dedicated to supporting high-net-worth business families. This firm specializes in assisting these families in developing plans that encompass tax, financial, and estate elements to help protect their legacies and maximize the transfer of wealth to the next generation.

Christian holds a bachelor's degree in business administration as well as a master's degree in taxation. With over a decade of experience in taxation, he has worked in both private practice and financial services firms. Specializing in American and international taxation, he has handled complex cross-border tax issues, particularly for Canadian companies doing business in the United States and Canadian entrepreneurs with dual Canadian and American citizenship. After a few years, he returned to Canadian taxation within an accounting firm, where he develops his skills in business reorganization and agricultural taxation. In spring 2019, he joined the financial planning team at Desjardins Sécurité financière as a corporate tax specialist, providing high-level expertise to the affluent clientele of financial advisors in the SFL Wealth Management network. In February 2024, he joined Tax & Financial Solutions Ltd as a tax specialist, leveraging his knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of high-value-added tax, financial, and estate planning strategies for wealthy entrepreneurs.
